Original Abstract

The future development of both national and world economies is closely connected to exploitation of raw materials, energy saving and pollution reduction. The topic was received much attention of late and has been widely discussed both in the media and scientific journals. The idea of a specialised conference closely related to environmental issues such as energy savings and pollution reduction relative to man's activities has therefore emerged on various occasions.
