Original Abstract

The study is focused to the evaluation of noise spectral density of piezoceramic sensor. The mathematical model describing the behavior of piezoceramic transducer is realized. This model is based on piezoelectricity linear equations, which are solved using finite element method. The new procedure is proposed for calculation of noise spectral density of piezoceramic transducer. The obtain simulation results corresponded with the measurements and give the good estimation for designer of piezoceramic sensors
