Original Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze electric charge properties on Cadmium Telluride based detectors. Long relaxation times were found. Resistivity of samples showed signifficant drop in time. The change of resistivity did not affect magnitude of low frequency spectrum od detector signal.
