The paper addresses the issue of voice activity detection in the fluctuant recording conditions of call centres. It proposes an enhancement that can ameliorate the high false positive detection rate.

Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou detekce hlasové aktivity v podmínkách ztížených vysokou variabilitou parametrů nahrávek. Popisuje navržené řešení, kterým je možno snížit úroveň falešně pozitivních detekcí.
