Original Abstract

In this paper, a new inverting and non-inverting type of current-mode first-order all-pass phase shifter is presented. The proposed configuration is composed of two current-controlled current follower transconductance amplifiers (CCCFTAs) and three passive elements. Considering the electronically tunability properties of the CCCFTAs phase responses of the proposed circuit can be controlled by an external bias current. The circuit is cascadable in current mode and suitable for wideband applications. All the active and passive sensitivities are low. The theoretical results are verified with PSPICE simulations using a BJT realization of CCCFTA.
