This paper presents a new implementation of a modeling and simulation framework based on the DEVS formalism. This framework uses rapid prototyping, interactivity and a reflective interface to provide a high degree of dynamism during the design of systems. It utilizes exploratory programming techniques as well as the flexibility of prototype-based object oriented programming.
