Original Abstract

This paper deals with an experimental measurement of real DVB-S and DVB-S2 signal. As a digital satellite signal source were used a 90cm diametric parabolic antenna in top of DREL BUT destined to satellite ASTRA 3A 23,5 East longitude for DVB-S signal and to satellite ASTRA 1E 19,2 East longitude for DVB-S2 signal. Antenna measurement system Kathrein MSK 200 were used as a test receiver for the measurement with a set top box Humax HD 2000-CI. Finally, obtained results are evaluated, compared and commented.
