Original Abstract

This paper discusses the MemSim program for simulation of amperometric biosensor. The program allows simulation of electrochemical process in enzyme membrane. MemSim is very useful as development tool during the biosensor design phase. The program was originally developed as console application with difficult program control. Main goal of this work was creation of the graphic user interface for comfortable control of the existing console application. Due to new intuitive control, presence of pre-defined models, equations and illustrative pictures is now program suitable for wide domain of users.
