Original Abstract

Many methods exist for the diagnostics of dielectric materials. Dielectric relaxation spectroscopy falls into the range of modern non-destructive measuring methods. The subject of this article is time domain dielectric relaxation spectroscopy, based on direct-current metering. First presented is a brief introduction into time domain measurements; this is followed by the description of the measuring apparatus. The focus of interest here is the experimental measurement of test sample and its interpretation by reason of reserve the best metering parameters into the future. Main features of existing experimental measurement are summed up in the final chapter.
