Original Abstract

This work covers an area of oxygen sensors. Fabrication of Nb loaded TiO2 based oxygen sensor is mentioned in this work. TiO2 loaded with Nb was synthesized via sol-gel from alkoxide precursors, dried and then calcined at various temperatures. In this work, there were made two different concentration of Nb loading. Then the samples were deposited on alumina substrates through a thick-film technique. Sensors were tested under nitrogen and synthetic air.
