Original Abstract

In the paper, the process of frequency filter design with single-input and multiple-output current followers (MO-CF) is shown. The final universal filter can operate at very high frequencies and provides each of five standard transfer functions from the single position of excitation current source. The filter design starts from an autonomous circuit with general current elements referred to as GCFs (Generalized Current Followers). The paper also contains experimental results of the universal filter characteristics gained with help of the UCC-N1B 0520 (Universal Current Conveyor) circuit.
