Original Abstract

New requirements on transformation cells are presented that are used for designing high-order synthetic dipoles consisting of minimal number of passive elements. By a suitable connection of these synthetic dipoles in a structure of a frequency dependent voltage- or current-divider, high-order frequency filters can be designed that feature with minimal sensitivities.
