Original Abstract

Naphthoquinones are one of the secondary metabolic groups widespread in nature (plant families of Droseraceae, Plumbaginaceae and Juglandaceae) with broad-range of biological activities. Here we suggest a sensor for rapid and sensitive simultaneous analysis of these naphthoquinones (juglone, lawsone and plumbagin). Moreover, we determined content of them in leaves of walnut tree and influence of plumbagin on activity of acetylcholinesterase.
