Original Abstract

The paper is involved in the characteristic of reatil business in the Czech Republic. It mainly focuses on global trends and compares them in certain aspects with other selected countries of the Central Europe. Furthemore, it characterizes current development of retail business in the Czech Republic and notifies of the importance of key aspects of satisfaction of customers for its further dvelopment.
