Original Abstract

We constructed new device with surface modified microelectrodes (interdigitated electrodes – IDEs, microdisc and ring electrodes). Our techniques of nanomachining applied in the surface modification are based on a template preparation and the electrodeposition techniques to obtain surface modification with desired material. The high ordered nanopillars or nanotubes respectively were grown on the surface of microelectrodes.
