Original Abstract

Simple, rapid and low cost detection of DNA and RNA sequence is difficult task for many scientists around the world. Here, we suggest utilizing paramagnetic micro-beads in connection with electrochemical detection of adenine to study of transcriptome (total mRNA). Time of hybridization of nucleic acid on the surface of the beads has been investigated. Effectiveness of the analysis is sufficient.
