Sledování hydratace směsných portlandských cementů

English abstract

This paper describe possibility of utilization of FBC-Ashes as component for blended cement. FBC-Ash is a reaction product of new technology of combusion. Problem rests in their chemical, but also in mineralogical composition. The monitoring of the hydratation process course shoved in the case of some samples with FBCP concentracion 30 % after 28 days a certain content o gypsum which in the previous period of hydration was completly transformed into ettringite. This fact could indicate the thermodynamic instability of formed ettringite including all connected negative efects on the propertiesof hardened cement. It is therefore necessary to invetigate in details and for a long-term the hydration process of blended cements in order to determine the extent of stability in the hydration process of the ettringite formation. This process stability is primary responsible for the possibility of FBCP utilization for the production of blended cements.
