Original Abstract

This paper is focused on the accuracy of dielectric measurement of liquid dielectric materials by the dielectric relaxation spectroscopy method in the frequency area. Experimental measurement was realized on the liquid samples of oligobutadiene. The main attention of the experiment is concentrated on the evaluation of the accuracy respectively error and uncertainty of the measurement. Obtained data helps to determine optimum operating conditions of whole measuring system Agilent- precision LCR meter Agilent 4284A and liquid test fixture Agilent 16452A.
