The main aim of this paper is show capability of direct write technology. This method is suitable to produce small amount prototypes of circuits on inorganic substrates such as ceramic or silicon (no need of screens). We will show the deposition of contacts on solar cells. Contacts were analysed and compared with standard screen printed contacts.
