Original Abstract

Central control poses new requirements for data communication between measuring equipments. This communication is important for the control, monitoring and measured values evaluation. For this communication are mostly used public networks, where this communication may be attacked. Because of security the private networks are created. In these networks the communication is hidden before hackers. Using of virtual private networks brings more problems with a control. This paper introduces a secure algorithm for transfer this communication over public networks. The algorithm spares resources for the design private networks. Then the paper introduces a design of data packet, which is created with the algorithm for a secure data transfer in the TCP/IP networks.
