Original Abstract

The Electro-Ultrasonic spectroscopy is a new method in non-destructive testing. This method is founded on interaction between the ultrasonic phonons with conductive particles. Defects and un-homogeneities in structure are causer the intermodulation signal with frequency fm. The frequency fm is given by the superposition or subtraction of exciting frequencies with electric frequency fE and ultrasonic frequency fU. We get information about all defects in sample and reliability of structure in sample. This paper presents results between two structures of varistors.
