Original Abstract

Purpose of designed method is to diagnose diabetic nephropathy due to its marked sign - attenuated anion filter in renal capillaries. Special optoelectronic electric charge distribution measurement was designed. Using Jones calculus output polarization characteristics were calculated and analyzed. Electro-optic crystal properties were considered and detection algorithm was derived. Measurement sensitivity was solved.
