Original Abstract

Current operational amplifier (COA) with infinite gain is described as a building block for high-frequency analog circuits. This element is dual to the voltage feedback operational amplifier. The frequency-dependent model of COA is presented. A fundamental feedback subcircuit with COA that can realize current mode differential amplifiers, integrators, etc., is introduced. The non-ideal parameters of COA and their influence on the circuit bandwidth are discussed.
