Original Abstract

In this paper the effect of fixedrotated crack model on results of numerical simulation of loadings tests standardized for prestressed monoblock railway sleepers is investigated. ATENA 2D software was employed for the simulation with the SBETA material model for concrete. Crack patterns and stress distribution in the sleepers are analyzed in several loading stages of the numerically simulated tests.
