Original Abstract

Principle of this method lies in premise that charge is linearly, face or spatially distributed and generates vector of electric field intensity which is outspread to zero potential. When appropriate measuring electrode is pasted into electric field, its intensity is registered. Second electrode has to be earthed so we reach defined voltage between the electrodes which depends on electric charge. Electrodes are located on electro-optic crystal which behaves as a modulator of laser beam polarization.
