Original Abstract

This paper presents a comparison of commonly used reaction mechanism for Li-S batteries in numerical modelling. The analyses describing cyclic voltammetry were carried out by a custom electrochemical model implemented into Ansys Fluent. The results suggest that the behaviour of Li-S batteries cannot be described by a simple reaction mechanism, instead a more complex mechanism should be used.
