Original Abstract

The weight - a nonparametric index, which is equivalent to the area under the curve of the receiver operating characteristic (AUC), together with the application of fuzzy logic were introduced into the prediction of sudden cardiac death based on examination of risk factors. This new approach decreased the computational complexity in case of multi-class AUC evaluation in comparison to the current methods. Our approach did not fail in the special cases as the current methods did. Because of the comeback of AUC in mathematical modelling, the solution found contributed to the research in the areas of data mining, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Váha - neparametrický index ekvivalentní ploše pod křivkou ziskové operační charakteristiky (AUC) byla zavedena společně s aplikací fuzzy logiky do predikce náhlé srdeční smrti založené na vyšetření rizikových faktorů. Tento nový přístup snižuje komplexitu výpočtu v případě vícetřídní AUC ve srovnání s užívanými metodami. Náš přístup neselhává ve specielních případech, kdy selhávají užívané metody. Vzhledem k novému využívání AUC v matematickém modelování, přispívá naše metoda obecně k výzkumu v oblasti získávání informací z dat a umělé inteligence.

English abstract
