Original Abstract

Tento sešit, záznamník, notes zaznamenává průběh a výsledky práce 1. fáze programu „Industriál“ a grantu „Revitalizace slezského industriálního dědictví v pracích českých a polských studentů architektury”, jenž je součástí programu a určitou tečkou. Před tím na ostravském Pentagramu jsme si odzkoušeli a pochopili metodu výzkumu, zejména deskripci, sběr dat, jejich klasifikaci. Během trvání série workshopů „Brownfields“ jsme prohlubovali znalosti z možností využitelnosti nevyužitých areálů. Celý cyklus akcí se jmenovatelem Hranice a Pohraničí nás přiblížil ke vnímání systému a hlavně jeho středu a hranic a k odlišnosti metod měkkého výzkumu a k problematice participace. Společné mezinárodní workshopy v Gliwicích, Zabrzi, Katowicích a v Příboře byly již zaměřené na industriál, na opětovné využití industriální struktury a její konverzi. To jsme se vesměs zabývali tím, co je ve Slezsku polském i českém nejpatrnější, tedy těžkým průmyslem, doly a provozy s nimi souvisejícími.

English abstract

This workbook, recorder, notes records the progress and results of the first phase of the “Industrial” program and the grant “Revitalization of Silesian Industrial Heritage in the Works of Czech and Polish Architecture Students”, which is part of the program and a certain dot. Before that, we tried and understood the research method, especially the description, data collection, and their classification on the Ostrava Pentagram. During the "Brownfields" series of workshops, we deepened our knowledge of the usability of unused sites. The whole series of events with the denominator Hranice and Borderland brought us closer to the perception of the system and, above all, its center and boundaries, and to the different methods of soft research and to the issue of participation. The joint international workshops in Gliwice, Zabrzi, Katowice and Příbor were already focused on industrial, re-use of industrial structure and its conversion. We dealt most with what is most apparent in Poland and the Czech Republic, ie heavy industry, mines and related operations.
