Original Abstract

In these papers a design of the digitally controlled audio equalizer is present. The equalizer is completely digitally controlled and it’ is based on using filters with switched capacitors, and digitally controlled potentiometers, which can be easily controlled by a digital system. The equalizer has five frequency bands. The user can control it by push bottoms and there is a LED display for displaying actual setting. A Xilinx Spartan II FPGA [1] provides controlling of all functions of the equalizer.
