Original Abstract

The paper develops a new method for determination of voltage/current wave sensitivities on multiconductor transmission lines (MTL). The MTLs can be included as the parts of more complex linear hybrid circuit. The sensitivities can be determined with respect to parameters both lumped and distributed elements. The technique utilizes the modified nodal analysis (MNA) method in conjunction with the MTLs chain/admittance matrix conversion to find the (x,s)-domain solution. Finally a numerical inversion of Laplace transforms is applied to get the required (x,t)-domain results.
