Original Abstract

This paper offers experimental study of lay surface potential measurements on electronic devices, especially on solar cells. A new testing apparatus named DISPOT and appropriate measuring system has been carried out. System provides measuring of a lay surface potential, directly on a surface of researching object in chosen axis. In our case are researching objects various slices of solar cells and tantalum capacitors. This paper offers measuring system and apparatus descriptions and also first results for contact and sheet resistance of solar cells.
