Original Abstract

There are described properties of CaCl2.6H2O in the article, which is suitable for solar thermal energy storage. Cooling curves are showed and modification of this salt is done to avoid a supercooling and stabilize curves during phase change. In the article there is an analytical exact solution of motion of interface between solid and liquid and temperature distribution in the 1D body during phase change.
