Original Abstract

This publication deals with the problem of light reflections caused by active light projection during 3D scanning with fringe projection scanner. This problem is usually overcome by some type of temporal coating. Titanium dioxide mixed with ethanol is often used for this purpose. Authors of this publication investigate how various concentrations of this mixture influence the resulting thickness of the coating and results of scanning such surface. The main of this work was to find the optimal concentration of the suspension that provides sufficient and good covering and the thinnest possible layer.
