Original Abstract

Given the divide between management and leadership this article seeks to find possibilities how to connect and enhanced these two fields especially thanks to application of HR management functions. HR management is in the responsible position to recognize key roles and definition of their contribution within the company strategy. We are focused especially to the roles of executives and ensure that capable leaders (managers with leadership skills) these roles occupy. Contribution of the study could be thanks to clearly defining the relation between managers and leaders found. Next up given the assumption that companies are managed by managers were suggest to develop their leadership skills This development is expected thanks to understanding and application of HR management function related to leadership which were introduced in the framework of Davenport (2015) empirical HR study.
