INFLUENCE OF ADDITION OF FINE GROUND BLAST FURNACE GRAINED SLAG ON PROPERTIES OF GYPSUMFREE CEMENTS

This paper evaluates effects of addition of fine ground blast furnace grained slag on both initial/final setting time and strength properties of gypsumfree cement. Slag has been dosed in quantities 0 to 50% of clinker mass by 10% rate. Increasing proportion of fine ground blast furnace grained slag leads to binder enhancement of initial setting time even if it is a matter of just minutes.
