Original Abstract

This paper proposes the design of a vibration microgenerator for generating electrical energy from mechanical energy. This power supply is used for independent feeding of passive sensors. The microgenerator is located on the part of a machine, which generates vibration while being in operation. This mechanical vibration with amplitude of 10 ěm and frequency about 37 Hz is the source of mechanical energy which is converted to electrical energy by the vibration microgenerator.
