In the long term is clearly affort to low cost and yet good rehabilitation of patients not only in medical institutions but also at home. Recently this idea becomes more realistic thanks to the development of modern technologies. One such device is a pressure platform Wii Balance Board which was designed as a modern computer game controller for Nintendo Wii. Soon its potential in the field of exercise was found out so nowadays it can be used for training step dance, yoga or jumping. Putting pressure board in rehabilitation area there will be a low cost, and yet the motivational quality equipment due to make an exercise in a way of fun. For quality evaluation balance it is necessary to take into account the distribution of the feet on the platform and some anthropometric values, such as height and weight. It is important to point out on a small internal facility error which moves to one mm while standing with both feet on the platform.
