Original Abstract

Various tools, techniques and methods are used for analysis of safety of process systems. This paper deals with the analysis of risks of equipment for treatment of radioactive waste, the proposed methodology is described with the Case Study. In the first step, all the significant deviations, potential hazard, and operational issues are identified. The second part of this paper presents the risk assessment carried out with help of adjusted methodology based on the Qualitative Risk Assessment Method. The risks are evaluated at the end of this paper.
