Original Abstract

The aim of this study was the evaluation of occurrence of 37 fatty acids and in fish and fish products. Target analytes were determined in various food samples, representing the average food basket of the Czech population. The selection of foodstuffs is based on the conception of monitoring the dietary exposure which involves a wide range of composite samples collected at various places in the Czech Republic for three years.
