Original Abstract

In this paper, a new passive RC circuit realization of voltage-mode (VM) first-order all-pass filter (APF) is presented. The proposed VM APF scheme is composed of a single grounded capacitor and three resistors. Main advantage of the circuit is the common ground terminal between the input and the output. For proper functionality passive element matching is required and one of passive components must be of negative resistance that is implemented with Arbel-Goldminz operational transconductance amplifier. The theoretical results are verified by SPICE simulations, where PTM 90 nm level-7 CMOS process BSIM3v3 parameters were used.
