Original Abstract

Plant cuticles are formed first limiting layer on plant surface. Plant cuticles were isolated two methodes (mechanically and enzymatically). These obtained cuticles can be used for determination of their behaviours in different conditions. It was used Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy (FLIM), Isothermal Microcalorimetry (ICM), Optical Microscopy, Fluorescence Microscopy and Profilomethry.
