Scientific contribution of this paper is to compare the importance of the selected criteria from two perspectives - view construction company and building users. Rational decision-making on economic aspects of construction required in the preparatory stage of construction the existence of a number of criteria. Research conducted in this paper clearly showed that the greatest significance in the assessment criteria with the suppliers and users of buildings in the most different areas of operation, maintenance and renewal costs. Wider practical use of research results alludes to certain limits. For example, the motivation of construction enterprises to use the findings of this contribution in the preparation of buildings in their real practice and especially access to relevatním data. Building contractors in the event of thinking these costs had to choose higher quality and therefore more expensive building materials and technologies.
