Original Abstract

Lean production is a well-known, popular and necessary strategy for companies of how to improve performance, financial indicators and position on the market. It was developed in Toyota in the second half of 20th century and this philosophy has been successfully implemented by a lot of companies, which were not successful in the implementation or which have not done it yet. That is because every company is unique and there is no clear methodology of how to become lean company.
