Original Abstract
The paper is devoted to the issue of international human resource management and presents results of a pilot study to the planned empirical research project. The main objective of this part of the empirical research was to identify characteristic features towards human resources in Austrian subsidiaries operating in the Czech Republic. The qualitative research method of incomplete sentences was used.
