Original Abstract

This article presents the DC and AC measurements of the circuit characteristics of the active element referred as modified current differencing unit (MCDU), which has been created by enhancing of the already known current differencing unit (CDU). MCDU has possibility of independent control of the input resistance and current gain of individual branches before making the subtraction. In case of the DC measurements, the current transfer characteristics of both transfers from current low-impedance inputs to high-impedance current output when adjusting the input resistance and current gain of each input are presented. In case of the AC measurements, current gain characteristics in particular frequency range again when adjusting the input resistance and current gain of each input of the active element are presented.

Czech abstract

Tento článek prezentuje stejnosměrné a střídavé měření obvodových charakteristik aktivního prvku modified current differencing unit (MCDU), který vznikl úpravou již známé current differencing unit (CDU). U prezentovaného aktivního prvku je možnost nezávisle řídit vstupní resistanci a proudové zesílení jednotlivých větví před provedením odečtu. V případě stejnosměrného měření jsou zde prezentovány proudové přenosové charakteristiky obou proudových nízkoimpedančních vstupů na proudový vysokoimpedanční výstup při řízení vstupní resistance i proudového zesílení jednotlivých vstupů. V případě střídavého měření jsou zde prezentovány závislosti proudového zesílení v uvedeném kmitočtovém rozsahu, opět při řízení vstupní resistance a proudového zesílení jednotlivých vstupů aktivního prvku.

English abstract
