Original Abstract

We report the fabrication of Nb-doped TiO2 based oxygen sensor. Titanium dioxioxide doped with Niobium was synthesized by sol-gel route from alkoxide precursors. The gel obtained was dried to get the nanopowders and then calcined at various temperatures. Two different concentration of Nb doping has been made: 0,05 wt% and 0,2 wt%. Then nanopowders were mixed with an organic vehicle and deposited onto microhotplates by drop-coating method. Sensors were tested under nitrogen and synthetic air.
