Original Abstract

The paper defines a new structure of the modern active function block - Universal Voltage Conveyor (UVC) as an analogous device to Universal Current Conveyor (UCC) [1] - [4]. Nowadays the research focuses on voltage conveyors in various forms [6] - [11]. The general aim is to formulate and construct a suitable active analog device appropriate for current-, voltage-, and mixed-mode high-frequency filters (bandwidth up to 100 MHz). The test device of a new voltage conveyor should be universal enough to substitute all the three generations of VC (VCI+/-, VCII+/-, VCIII+/-, both positive and negative current transfer) and also redundant sufficiently to cover variety of circuit implementations such as continuous-time analog filters and immittance inverters.
