Original Abstract

The main goal of this project is design a novel type of microparticle-structured electrodes and amperometric device capable of measurements within the range of femtoampers. This paper covers an area of electrochemical sensors, which monitored the behaviour of oriented monolayer of histidine tagged photosystem II from termophilic cyanobacteria Synechococcus elongatus deposited on surface of gold screen-printed electrodes. This electrode based on the four independent types of experiments monitoring .
