Original Abstract

Spent coffee grounds (SCG) are solid fraction wastes deriving from coffee industries, the disposal of which represents a serious environmental issue. This work aims at the conversion of hydrolysate of SCG (SCGH) into polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) by Burkholderia cepacia.
