Original Abstract
In this work, we present a method of automatic detection of QT interval in isolated rabbit heart ECG signals. The method is based on continuous wavelet transform and uses linear classification approach in T wave detection. The algorithm was tested on real experimental data with manually annotated beats and showed good performance in both accuracy and detection sensitivity.
